So grateful that you took the time to create this important report, Leslie! BTW, some of these 5 Truths also apply to my high-level corporate clients, particularly the caregiving tax, pitching to skepticism, and the quiet strengths. I'll be sharing this report with them, I know it will help them feel some solidarity with Founders :)

Thanks for posting this. Not surprised by the 75% burnout rate amongst founders dealing with caregiving along with everything else.

Working with founders and execs through Go Long's Micro-Accountability Coaching via text, it's not about finding hours for any kind of self-care. It's about finding moments. Even 10 minutes of intentional self-prioritization can act as deposits into the bank of resilience to sustain the pace and optimism required.

The same strategic thinking quality that makes these founders fantastic at delegation can also be applied to their own well-being. Also sometimes the flex is thinking about what is your strategic subtraction so you can be your best for yourself, which translates into how you show up for others?
